Biography:
Peter N. Leritz focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, property damage, products liability, construction litigation, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, business litigation, and subrogation and first party claims.
He received his Bachelors Degree from St. Louis University in 1988 and, received his Juris Doctor from St. Louis University in 1993, graduating cum laude. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in the same year and admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1994.
Mr. Leritz belongs to the Missouri Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis as well as the Illinois State Bar Association.
Receiving the highest ranking achievable from Martindale Hubbell, Mr. Leritz has an AV Peer Review Rating and is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He is also distinguished by serving as a Staff Member of the St. Louis University Law Journal from 1991 to 1992, where he also served as Articles Editor from 1992 to 1993. He was elected into the Order of the Woolsack, a scholastic honorary association, was Recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards in Constitutional Law and in Remedies as well as Recipient of the Judge James Ruddy Memorial Scholarship.
