Biography:
Joseph L. Leritz is the senior partner of the law firm and focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, fire insurance, insurance coverage and subrogation. He has many years experience as a mediator and an arbitrator and is certified as a neutral by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Mr. Leritz has practiced law in St. Louis throughout his legal career. He received his Juris Doctor from St. Louis University in 1952 and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in the same year. He is an experienced trial attorney and has appeared in state and federal courts at all levels including the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Leritz belongs to the Missouri Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and served as a Member of the Association of Defense Counsel, which includes a position as President from 1969 to 1970. He is a Member of the Defense Research Institute.
